When you sign up for the Vibe Checkpoint, we ask for:

4. Email service provider
We use Kit (ConvertKit) to manage subscriber data and send emails. When you sign up, your email address is transmitted to Kit’s servers and stored in your Kit account. Kit processes this data on our behalf.

When you sign up, Kit sends you a confirmation email. You must click the confirmation link before we send the Vibe Checkpoint or any further emails. This prevents someone from signing you up without your knowledge.
